Your Impact Design and engineer hybrid cloud environments using Azure and industry best practices to deliver resilient, automated solutions.Lead the creation of technical design documentation and contribute to user access visibility tooling for both internal teams and end users.Drive innovation by transforming manual processes into automated systems that enhance governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.Serve as a subject matter expert in PowerShell automation and Windows internals, mentoring DevOps engineers and collaborating across business units to deliver high-quality features.Identify and resolve software issues during development and production, perform thorough code reviews, and lead postmortem root cause analyses to continuously improve software reliability.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree + 7 years of related experience Experience with Azure architecture, cloud infrastructure, and hybrid environmentsExperience with PowerShell automation and Windows internalsExperience with deploying software solutions in both on-premises and AWS environmentsExperience with identity/security modernization and operationalizing user access policiesPreferred QualificationsProven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor engineering teamsStrong collaborative skills with networking and security teams to deliver customer-centric solutionsExcellent documentation and technical communication abilitiesDemonstrated track record of innovation and continuous improvement in software development processesAbility to drive strategic initiatives and provide thought leadership to executive leadership.Why Cisco?
