We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy financial services team in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving questions efficiently, and delivering a detail-oriented experience over the phone. The role focuses on handling high volumes of inbound communication, completing order-related tasks accurately, and maintaining dependable service standards in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls with courtesy, empathy, and clear communication.

• Assist clients with service-related questions, account inquiries, and general support needs.

• Enter and update order information accurately while following established procedures.

• Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed to clarify requests or provide status updates.

• Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure accurate records and smooth issue resolution.

• Resolve routine concerns promptly and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.

• Maintain productivity and service quality expectations in a high-volume call center setting.
