Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Abilene, TX Salary: $120,000–$130,000/year Bonus: 15% annual bonus Relocation: Available About The Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees and plant leadership in a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner while also managing day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, retention, and talent development. Key Responsibilities Partner with plant leaders and employees on HR-related matters Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives from start to finish Mentor and support junior HR team members Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation Develop and improve HR procedures and SOPs Build strong relationships with employees, leadership, and other stakeholders Support strategic HR planning and implementation Monitor HR metrics and use data to improve processes and employee outcomes Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Must-Have Qualifications Experience in a Generalist HR / HR Business Partner role Manufacturing or plant environment experience Experience supporting plant leaders and employees Strong experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention Experience with HR process improvement and project leadership Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite in Abilene, TX Bright Vision Technologies, we are committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment.
