Who we’re looking for: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Customer Experience (CX) team in Beirut. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping cutting-edge digital products and experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and sectors. Our CX team is a growing, multi-disciplinary hub of strategists, researchers, and designers, and as a Senior UI Designer, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing visual innovation to life across multiple digital touchpoints. What you’ll be doing: Lead UI design from concept to implementation for various client projects, ensuring visual excellence, intuitive user experience (UX), and strategic alignment. Collaborate closely with CX Strategists, UX Designers, and Developers to translate complex business objectives and user needs into compelling and effective interfaces. Champion user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards throughout the design process. Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. Present and expertly defend design rationale to stakeholders, effectively advocating for user-centric solutions. Contribute across the key pillars of Customer Experience: Audience Understanding & Insights, CX Strategy, and Experience Design. What you’ll need: 5+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience, preferably gained within an agency environment, with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital projects.
