The Bennett Family of Companies is seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED truck driver Recruiter in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Duties:

• Provide established marketing material to prospective Class A and Class B commercial motor vehicle operators for the purpose of recruiting some for the company.
• Review submitted applications to ensure all candidates meet current established hiring requirements for the company.
• Interact and assist the safety department with the processing of applications so an approved application can be obtained and an orientation class date may be set for the candidate.
• Maintain constant follow-up communication with all contacts and applicants to ensure proper representation and understanding for the purpose of recruiting same for the company.
• Utilize established marketing venues to include but not limited to web based online sites, online applications mail out marketing material, internal data base information, inbound calls to the recruiting department and cold calling.
• Participate in field recruiting events as established by the VP. This will include but is not limited to truck shows, hiring events and special needs.
• Develop and maintain a data base for all contacts and applicants that can be presented upon request.
• Provide a weekly activities report to the Director.

Full time salaried position with bonus opportunity. Hours include Monday-Friday and varying weekend coverage. Utilization of telecommunication/computers and a knowledge based background of the transportation industry is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting Drivers a must!
• Experience with equipment types a huge plus.
• Must possess a working knowledge of computers, fax and phones.
