Our client located in Trumbull, CT is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Social Media to join their team. This person will collaborate closely with internal cross‑functional teams (including E‑commerce, Creative, and Sales) to develop and execute innovative social strategies that convert followers into advocates. Our client offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and a salary in the $120k range plus benefits. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead a comprehensive, multi‑channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.) aligned with core marketing and brand goals. Content & Campaign Management: Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of high‑quality, engaging content (Reels, video, stories, posts) that accurately reflects the brand voice. Community & Influencer Growth: Actively engage with our online community, monitor sentiment, and lead influencer research and relationship‑building initiatives across key categories. Social Commerce & Innovation: Own the social selling strategy across relevant platforms, managing setup, product listings, and ongoing optimization. Data & Analytics: Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates; analyze key metrics to prepare performance reports with actionable optimization recommendations. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, E‑commerce, PR, and internal stakeholders to support integrated campaigns, product launches, and paid social initiatives. Desired Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
