NOT REMOTE WORK - On site 8 hours a day SHIFT WORK SPANISH AND ENGLISH (hotel exp ok)

Apartment housekeeping in vacant units. Assisting in getting units made ready for move in. Keeping common areas clean around the property including office, clubhouse, bathrooms and hallways.

• clean all rooms, closets
• clean bathroom sinks, tubs, showers and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards
• clean kitchen, stove, oven, inside refrigerators, cabinets, drawers, floors
• clean mirrors and windows
• vacuum carpets, clean baseboards, windows, blinds, ceiling fans
• empty and clean trash cans
• ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies
• keep cleaning equipment in good working orders
• observe and report any maintenance issues
