Job Details

• Location: Nashville, TN
• Position Description: NICU Nurse responsible for caring for neonatal patients in a 60-bed unit with a patient ratio of 2-3:1. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment using Philips monitors, Meditech, and Centricity Perinatal documentation systems.
• Certifications Required: Nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with rotating weekends and holidays
• Required Qualifications: Nursing license, BLS, NRP, STABLE, previous NICU experience, and flexibility to float to comparable high-need areas of the hospital
• Additional Information: The unit features new equipment and technology, with staff experienced in advanced neonatal procedures. Candidates should be comfortable working within unit policies and guidelines.
