We're proud to partner with a respected independent institutional research firm to identify a Senior Institutional Equity Salesperson. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced producer who has built strong institutional relationships and is looking for a platform with differentiated research, meaningful autonomy, and long-term growth.

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Variable Compensation: Performance-based bonus and commission structure

OTE: $300,000+ earning potential for successful producers

A day in the life:

• Develop institutional relationships: Expand and deepen relationships with portfolio managers, analysts, traders, and CIOs.
• Promote differentiated research: Introduce clients to actionable macroeconomic, investment strategy, and equity research designed to generate investment ideas and support portfolio decisions.
• Generate new business: Identify prospective institutional clients, cultivate opportunities, and grow wallet share across existing accounts.
• Maintain client engagement: Conduct regular meetings, calls, and market discussions that reinforce the value of the firm's research and advisory capabilities.
• Collaborate with research teams: Partner closely with analysts to communicate investment themes, market insights, and evolving client interests.
• Monitor market developments: Stay informed on macroeconomic trends, geopolitical developments, and financial markets to facilitate informed conversations with clients.
• Execute sales strategy: Develop territory plans, prioritize opportunities, and consistently achieve revenue objectives through disciplined business development.
• Represent the firm professionally: Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering responsive service, thoughtful market perspectives, and a high standard of professionalism.

Who are you?

• Relationship builder: You have 5+ years of institutional equity sales experience and maintain productive relationships with active institutional investors.
• Market focused: You possess a strong understanding of equity markets, macroeconomics, and the factors influencing institutional investment decisions.
• Commercially driven: You've demonstrated consistent success growing revenue through consultative selling and long-term relationship management.
• Strong communicator: You translate complex market ideas into clear, actionable conversations that resonate with sophisticated investment professionals.
• Self-directed: You thrive in a remote environment, manage your own priorities effectively, and enjoy the accountability that comes with it.
• Licensed professional: You maintain the appropriate FINRA registrations or have the ability to obtain them as required. xhyhwjd
