Blackout Defense is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping and fulfillment operations for firearm accessories and components.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Firearm accessory/component knowledge is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently 
• Assemble hardware packs, shim packs, and accessory kits 
• Prepare and organize shipping materials and boxes 
• Laser cut foam inserts for packaging applications 
• Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments 
• Maintain clean and organized work areas 
• Follow established procedures and quality standards 
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed 

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• Reliable and punctual 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to lift and move packages/materials as needed 
• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus 
• Firearm industry or accessory knowledge is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits
