Assistant Sourcing Manager

1 Lands' End Ln Dodgeville, WI 53595, USA As the Assistant Sourcing Manger, you’ll partner closely with sourcing leadership to support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from development through production while building strong vendor partnerships and driving cost, quality, and timing success. Responsibilities Support sourcing programs, including cost analysis, negotiations, and vendor communication Assist in managing time & action calendars to ensure on‑time product delivery Partner with cross‑functional teams to track prototypes, samples, and development milestones Help evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance Monitor vendor performance and help resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or timelines Coordinate fabric and trim development, tracking samples and submissions Maintain systems and tools (e.g., Centric) and ensure accurate product data Participate in meetings and provide updates on development and sample status Build foundational knowledge of sourcing strategy, cost drivers, and production timelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Apparel Merchandising, Business, or related field 0–2 years of experience sourcing, product development, or supply chain Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and follow‑through Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; exposure to PLM tools a plus Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
