Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their insurance policies.

Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Address client inquiries regarding policy details, billing, and coverage with clarity.

Assist clients with processing policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.

Help clients submit claims and provide guidance on the next steps.

Maintain accurate and organized client records in our system.

Collaborate with our insurance agents to ensure seamless client support.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and internet use.

A friendly, patient, and helpful demeanor.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
