Hoyer Caregivers Experienced $16-$20 per Hour

Duties include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while always treating each individual with kindness and respect
• Preparing nutritious meals and providing feeding assistance with patience, encouragement, and compassion
• Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Providing mobility assistance, transfers, and lifting support while prioritizing client safety, comfort, and dignity
• Building meaningful relationships with clients through attentive, compassionate care

Required:

• Manual Hoyer Experience
• 1-3 years of caregiving experience
• Ability to physically assist clients with mobility and transfers
• Reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to listen, empathize, and provide attentive support to seniors
• Experience with gait belt transfers
• Knowledge of caregiving best practices and a willingness to continue learning and growing professionally
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be 21+ years old for company insurance purposes involving client transportation
