Key responsibilities include administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting thorough nursing assessments while collaborating closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals. Challenges often faced include managing high-stress situations, rapidly changing conditions, and maintaining precision during emergent patient care. This role requires effective communication with patients and their families to understand and meet their needs, often under pressing circumstances. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN.
