Guest Experience & Events Manager

Responsibilities Greeting and checking-in customers. Managing and serving concession. Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. Completing shift and bank deposits. Booking, managing and hosting birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers and misc. events. Monitoring play areas to ensure customers are following safety rules and policies. Extensive cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment. Ensuring all staff are performing their responsibilities Managing Inventory Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations. Provide customers with a fun and friendly experience. Must maintain a professional appearance. Ability to have complete knowledge of our products and services. Enforce policies and safety rules professionally and respectfully. Effective communication skills. Be able to manage employees in a professional manner. Ability to be able to make quick decisions. Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize. Obtained or currently pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.). Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Have reliable transportation.
