Responsibilities Assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings, schematics, and layouts. Follow proven company processes and best practices to deliver high‑quality builds. Interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials. Complete panel layout work, including enclosure cut‑outs and component mounting. Work with a range of tools and materials, including wiring, drilling, and tapping. Ensure accurate labelling and identification of components and wiring. Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace. Deliver professional workmanship on every project. Expect variety in your work – from detailed assembly to problem solving and continuous skill development. Qualifications Understanding of electrical wiring methods and standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Knowledge of wire types, sizes, and colour coding. Confidence using tools and working hands‑on. High School or Trade School diploma (or equivalent). Around 2 years of manufacturing or hands‑on experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Additional Opportunities Travel across the U.S. for project work (with enhanced travel pay).
