BVM Agency Inc is hiring for an entry-level Marketing & Communications Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA! We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to support retail marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and brand communication efforts in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of retail marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers directly to promote products and services
• Support brand awareness efforts through in-store promotions and local events
• Collaborate with team members on messaging, presentations, and outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus (not required)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in an entry-level environment
