Dentistry for Children Dental Office Receptionist (Front Desk) – Now Hiring!
Are you friendly, organized, and great on the phone? Join our dental team and be the welcoming face that keeps the day running smoothly!
What You’ll Do?
- Greet patients with a warm, professional welcome.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage confirmations.
- Check patients in/out and collect payments (as needed).
- Verify/update patient information and assist with paperwork.
- Support insurance coordination tasks (eligibility, basic questions, scanning forms).
- Keep the front desk tidy, organized, and running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For?
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills (phone + in-person).
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dental software quickly.
- Dental/medical front office experience is a plus (but not required).
