We target UHNW clients, emphasizing open architecture, partnership equity, and a lean corporate structure. Why Join Us We are a late‑stage startup building a firm with an owner‑advisor mindset. As COO, you will help us scale from $1 B in AUM to $3 B in AUM quickly, partnering with leadership to grow the firm. Job Details Partner with the head of sales to support business development, acquisition, and operations. Manage internal processes for expanding from 5 to 40 advisors, including culture development, recruiting, operations, and financial oversight. Execute day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance, fiduciary duties, and effective advisor management. Lead advisors, ensuring compliance with policy, fiduciary responsibility, and navigating challenging conversations.
