Job Details Job Location: Nespelem, WA 99155 Salary: $35.13 - $38.39 per hour (DOE) Report to: CTHCA CIO Closing date: 7/5/2026 Responsibilities Analyze, install, administer, maintain and troubleshoot software applications, computers, and server systems. Participate in capacity planning, support the creation and maintenance of system and server disaster recovery plans, and monitor all system and server performance activities. Screen systems and servers for attempted intrusions and design and implement appropriate system and server security measures and procedures. Assist with maintenance of the clinic infrastructure to support major application and server systems. Provide support for network, database, application and various IT issues that come through the customer service center. Exercise no direct supervision over assigned staff. Qualifications Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with at least 12 months of experience and experience in Telecommunication, Networks, Computer Science, or IT related fields, managing servers, systems, working with various applications and developing work plans. Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Disqualifying convictions: felony convictions, felony deferred adjudication, class A & B misdemeanor deferred adjudication, class B misdemeanor convictions, an open arrest for any criminal offense (felony or misdemeanor), and family violence conviction. Certifications: MCSE, Network+, Security+, A+ or related degree or valid certification from an accredited college or technical school. Must have and maintain a valid driver license. Additional Requirements Due to CJIS requirements related to system access, this position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and may also be subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing. Prior to initiating with this position you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
