Providers will credential for both the facility and St Rita's Medical Center JOB DETAILS: Dates of coverage: 9/1/26-1/18/27 Practice Setting: Outpatient Cancer Center Reason for Coverage: Maternity leave coverage for the existing provider Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult and Geriatric patients. What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, the facility %, Internal Medicine %? 60% Hematology, 40% the facility Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1 Average Number of Patients Per Day OUTPATIENT: 13 Average Number of Patients Per Day HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 2 Clinical Area: the facility Outpatient Setting, the facility Outpatient Setting Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level II Trauma Center Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Availability requirements: Monday-Wednesday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Outpatient clinic coverage) No on-call or weekend availability required.
