Lead Teller

Position Overview Lead Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Grand Rapids, MI. As a senior teller, you will coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet. Responsibilities Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers by example to improve customer experience. Processes a varied array of customer interactions. Educates customers on alternatives and options for managing financial transactions, leveraging technology, tools and resources. Identifies banking opportunities during interactions and refers customers appropriately. Engages with customers in the lobby to position PNC products to meet their needs. Communicates clearly, handles transactions, and resolves problems following established processes. Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new‑hire selection processes. Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
