Responsibilities Interpreting results of initial evaluation, determines appropriate patient goals, and develops treatment plan. Modify treatment plan as needed and utilize appropriate treatment techniques. Evaluate and treat women and men with pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and cancer‑related conditions. Treat general orthopedic conditions when schedule allows. Practice in the south region at the Stones Crossing location. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required. Must have a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit. Experience with pelvic floor conditions for both male and female and outpatient orthopedics. Experience with pediatric pelvic health a plus, but not required. Knowledgeable in anatomy/physiology, evaluation and therapy, theoretical concepts and techniques, current materials and technological advances, and new professional trends. Effective communication with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and all internal/external customers. Ability to incorporate a basic understanding of the behaviors, developmental needs, physical needs, emotional needs, and comfort of the child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient.
