We're growing our rehab team and looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist — full-time or per diem — who wants to practice differently — one who values person-centered care, creative clinical problem-solving, and being part of a team that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals

• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, relationship-based care

• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques

• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient care records

Requirements
