Quick Facts Location: 2450 South Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM 88011, United States Start Date: 08/06/2026 End Date/Duration: Open / Multiple dates available Shift: Hybrid clinic (10 am–12 pm, 1 pm–3 pm) and inpatient coverage on weekends Hours/Week: 40+ (flexible based on coverage) Employment Type: Per Diem / Contract Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in NM preferred; Board Certified/Eligible in Urology Experience: Prior Urology outpatient and inpatient experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is a placeholder; actual compensation is discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per law) Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements (when applicable) What You’ll Do Provide outpatient Urology consultations and follow-up care to adult patients Manage inpatient Urology consults alongside hospital teams and hospitalists Participate in call coverage, including weekends, with inpatient focus Handle approximately 5-10 phone consultations daily Collaborate with local Urologists, nursing staff, Urology techs, and hospitalists Support both elective outpatient procedures and inpatient consults/coverage Ensure high-quality patient care in a hospital-based setting What You Need Valid medical license in New Mexico or ability to obtain one Urology certification (Board Certified/Eligible preferred) Prior Urology clinical experience, especially in outpatient and inpatient settings Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends About the Assignment This position is located at a leading facility in Las Cruces, NM, seeking a dedicated Urologist to expand their provider pool. You will balance outpatient clinic duties with inpatient call coverage, providing care primarily for adult patients.
