Job Summary The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer support by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves communication with customers through various channels and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide information about products, services, and company policies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary. Follow company guidelines and customer service standards. Assist in improving customer satisfaction and retention. Required Qualifications High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems. Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment. Experience using CRM tools or helpdesk systems.
