About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President and General Manager for its Particulate Control platform. This executive role is pivotal in leading the global business with full P&L ownership, setting long-range strategies, and driving annual operating plans and growth targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial engine, leading global sales, and ensuring operational excellence across manufacturing, project execution, and field services. A key focus is on margin expansion through disciplined pricing, lean transformation, and the delivery of complex engineered-to-order capital projects. The role also involves identifying acquisition targets, leading integrations, and expanding the platform's presence in emerging geographies, all while developing a high-performing global team and maintaining executive relationships with key customers and corporate leadership. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in industrial, engineered systems, or environmental technologies is required, with a proven track record in P&L management. Expertise in industrial air pollution control and related technologies is essential, as is experience in heavy industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a background in M&A integration, strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization. Lean or continuous improvement certification is a plus, and the role demands a leader with a bias for action and results.
