We pride ourselves on professionalism, strong customer relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Position OverviewLive Systems LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to lead our estimating department. This is a priority role that will play a key part in driving company growth through accurate estimating, customer engagement, and business development. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-facing, and capable of leading estimating efforts from initial opportunity through final proposal.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the electrical estimating department, including estimating processes, pricing strategies, and workload prioritizationPrepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates, bids, and proposals from plans, specifications, and field walkthroughsVisit customer sites to review scope, assess conditions, and build strong client relationshipsActively pursue new work by networking with customers, contractors, and industry partnersCollaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffDevelop and maintain cost databases, labor units, and vendor pricingIdentify value engineering opportunities to improve competitiveness and profitabilityMentor and train junior estimators or support staff as the department growsStay current with market conditions, material pricing, labor trends, and electrical codesRequired Qualifications7+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial and/or industrial constructionProven experience leading or managing estimating efforts or departmentsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, labor productivity, and construction methodsProficiency with electrical estimating and takeoff software (Accubid, McCormick, PlanSwift, or similar)Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skillsAbility and willingness to travel to customer sites and meetingsValid driver's licenseCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000, based on experience and qualificationsOpportunity for growth into expanded leadership and strategic rolesAutonomy in a customer-facing, high-impact positionSupportive team environment focused on quality, accountability, and growthWhy Join Live Systems LLC?Live Systems LLC offers a stable, growing environment where experienced professionals can make a meaningful impact.
