They wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. They support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentation with company directives - setting the tone for an impactful shopping experience.

On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance to create customer relationships to bring the customers back.

Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.

They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with the team to tie up loose ends - reorganizing the department, restocking merchandise, and preparing the space for a successful tomorrow.
