Position Summary

The Door-to-Door Sales Representative promotes high-speed internet and related services directly to residential customers. This role involves canvassing assigned neighborhoods, engaging prospective customers, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales activities within assigned territories to generate new customers
• Educate homeowners and residents on available internet and bundled service options
• Clearly explain pricing, promotions, and service features to potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Accurately complete and submit sales orders and required documentation
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company
• Track daily activities, leads, and results using company systems or tools
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and local regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Acceptable driving record required
• Personal vehicle required for use in the field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Basic technology skills including mobile applications, tablets, and CRM systems
• Experience in telecommunications, internet services, or a related field is a plus
