Warehouse Team Lead (1st Shift)Warehouse Team Lead serves as a key connector between associates and management, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement across inbound, internal processing, and outbound warehouse operations. This critical role coordinates daily work, promotes a safe, productive, and positive work environment, and ensures activities adhere to standard processes, Bosch values, and all corporate and local policies. Team Leads are expected to provide front-line leadership, aligning with the Bosch Competency Model and driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). You will provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, feedback, and support to team members, helping associates build skills, stay engaged, and meet daily performance goals.
