Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Service Location: Danville, Pa and surrounding areas
Shift: Day shift hours, Sunday through Saturday, up to 40 hours a week
Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Immediate Need: 40 hours weekly

We're currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Responsibilities:

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
