As a key member of the administrative team, this position reports directly to the Office Manager and operates during standard business hours. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and supporting various office tasks. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately Coordinate and schedule appointments Perform data entry and maintain organized records Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail Provide general office support as needed Maintain accurate record keeping and filing systems Deliver excellent customer service at all times Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Professional telephone etiquette Effective scheduling and data entry abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask efficiently
