Senior Regulatory Manager - Obesity

To support products in the Obesity and Related Conditions Therapeutic Area, the full-time remote Senior Regulatory Manager - Obesity will manage U.S. regulatory strategy, lead FDA interactions, and develop regulatory submissions while collaborating with global teams. Key responsibilities: Contribute to the development of global regulatory strategy, providing U.S.-specific insights on obesity and related metabolic conditions Execute the U.S. regulatory strategy for assigned programs and lead U.S. regulatory submissions in alignment with global filing plans Lead Health Authority interactions and manage responses to agency questions to ensure timely and high-quality submissions Required qualifications: Doctorate degree with 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience A minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects Experience supporting or leading regulatory strategy for programs in obesity or related therapeutic areas Strong scientific literacy in obesity and metabolic disease, including relevant clinical endpoints Experience leading U.S. labeling strategy and managing timelines in a cross-functional environment
