The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Coach is responsible for delivering an authentic, high-energy training experience. You will lead private and small group sessions, helping members of all levels master the "Science of Eight Limbs" while driving department revenue and upholding the UFC GYM "Train Different" philosophy.

Key responsibilities include expert coaching, brand ambassador duties, maintaining club standards, driving growth through sales and revenue generation, and ensuring administration and compliance.

Qualifications include a minimum purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ belt certificate and lineage verification, at least one year of related teaching experience, strong interpersonal skills, current CPR/AED certification, proficiency with basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift or move 45+ lbs. during training sessions.
