You're a motivated culinary professional eager to expand your skill set across different cooking disciplines. You thrive on variety—whether you're shucking oysters at the raw bar, perfecting vegetables on the sauté station, or working proteins on the grill. You value precision, cleanliness, and the opportunity to learn from experienced chefs in a collaborative environment.

Rotate through multiple stations including raw bar, vegetable/sauté, and grill

Master seafood butchery, shellfish preparation, and raw bar presentation techniques

Execute precise vegetable cookery and compose refined plated components

Develop your grill skills with high-quality proteins and proper temperature control

Maintain impeccably organized and sanitized stations across all areas

Prep ingredients with consistency and attention to detail

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow

Manage station mise en place, storage, and inventory needs

Professional kitchen experience with eagerness to cross-train

Solid knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking methods

Ability to work quickly and precisely under pressure

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn specialized techniques (raw bar, grill mastery, refined plating)

High school diploma required; culinary school graduates preferred
