Are you looking for a stable role in the collections industry where your hard work directly determines your paycheck? We are seeking driven, reliable Collection Agents to join our team. In this role, you will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, contact consumers to negotiate payment plans, and help resolve outstanding balances.

We welcome candidates that have been successful in prior roles as agents, trainers, team leads, supervisors and assistant managers!

We heavily value Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish/English), but all applicants must be fully able to read, write, and speak fluent English.

• Mon-Fri 8-5
• 4-10s Mon-Thurs 9am to 8pm with a three-day weekend every week

Key Responsibilities

· Bring strong attendance record by working assigned work schedules daily

· Retain and apply industry specific training

· Adhere to and operate within all federal and state collection laws

· Review accounts to identify outstanding delinquencies.

· Contact consumers by phone to negotiate mutually agreeable payment arrangements.

· Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all collection efforts and conversations in English.

· Meet or exceed individual monthly collection targets.

· Exceed monthly minimum key performance indicator benchmarks

What We Are Looking For

· Previous experience in collections, customer service, or sales preferred.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and listening skills.

· Proficient data entry and typing skills

· Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

· Strong reading and writing literacy in English to process system documentation.

· Bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly preferred and will give you a major advantage in managing our diverse portfolio.

ONLINE provides a comprehensive training program that provides a variety of classroom instruction, interactive learning, and guidance throughout training. With a focus on making sure you succeed right out-of-the gate; we provide hands-on experience with instructor assistance prior to moving into individual outbound call status.
