Shifts: Three 12-hour shifts with 3-4 weekend shifts per 4-week period

This role involves working in a cardiac med-surg unit with a supportive team and the latest in medical technology, ensuring a conducive and professional environment for fulfilling work experience.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care to patients in the cardiac med-surg unit
• Administer and monitor cardiac medications and drips, including Cardizem and heparin
• Utilize equipment such as GE telemetry and portable WOWs
• Document patient information using Meditech system
• Participate in rotational floating with other travel nurses

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• EKG/cardiac rhythm identification expertise
• Experience in med-surg and cardiac telemetry
