Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Restaurant Operations Lead who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. This is a hands-on leadership development opportunity for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to lead people and is ready to grow into broader operational ownership. You will work directly alongside the Owner/Operator, develop leaders, influence restaurant performance, and gain experience helping lead a multi-million-dollar business.

The vision for this position extends well beyond leading shifts. Through a structured development process, the right candidate will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for people, systems, business metrics, and overall restaurant operations, with a clear pathway toward Operations Director based on performance and demonstrated readiness.

Your Impact

• Lead all Front of House operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience, speed of service, accuracy, cleanliness, and overall restaurant performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership pipeline by coaching Shift Leaders and Team Members, identifying future leaders, and creating clear paths for growth and accountability.
• Partner directly with the Owner/Operator to drive key business metrics including labor productivity, guest satisfaction, food safety, staffing health, and operational execution.
• Analyze guest feedback, CEM data, labor reports, and operational trends to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement solutions that improve results.
• Own scheduling, staffing, and labor stewardship, balancing exceptional hospitality with strong financial performance and responsible resource management.
• Lead and influence a team of 50+ Team Members and leaders through intentional coaching, clear expectations, performance conversations, and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Director and leadership team to align Front and Back of House operations, strengthen communication, and create a unified restaurant culture.
• Ensure Chick-fil-A standards are executed consistently through proactive coaching, operational discipline, food safety excellence, and attention to detail.
• Create systems, processes, and operational improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen execution, and support long-term restaurant growth.
• Help prepare the restaurant for future expansion and Operator relocation goals by building leadership bench strength, developing successors, and creating sustainable operational excellence.
• Foster a culture rooted in Ownership, Responsibility, Excellence, and Care while helping team members grow both personally and professionally.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Owner/Operator, helping translate vision into action and ensuring key initiatives are executed effectively.

Background Profile

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other people-focused leadership experience
• Experience coaching or developing others
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using metrics and feedback to improve performance
• Open availability, including Fridays, Saturdays, opening and closing shifts
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Desire to grow into senior operational leadership
