What You’ll Be Doing Tackle Challenges : Assemble heavy‑duty racking and fixtures, relying on detailed blueprints and Plan‑O‑Grams (POGs/MODs). Solve Problems : Relocate products, adjust shelving, and create displays that meet our clients’ exacting standards. Collaborate : Work alongside a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Lead by Example : Guide team members with positivity and focus, ensuring every task exceeds expectations. Who You Are Preferred Experience : Background in fixture installation, merchandising, or retail stocking is a plus. Leadership experience is even better. Core Skills : Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to focus on quality. Physical Abilities : Can lift up to 50 lbs., stand for 8–10 hours, and bend as needed.
