Senior Manager, Operations FP&A

Our client, a global leader in the consumer products space, is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A (Operations) to partner with its global Operations organization. You’ll take full ownership of the FP&A Operations process bringing more rigor to cost tracking and analysis. This is a hybrid role based in Hoboken, NJ, three days on site, reporting into Finance leadership. What You'll Be Doing Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Operations, translating operational developments into P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts. Own gross margin and product costing analysis, partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing on sourcing, innovation, and cost saving initiatives. Drive visibility across inventory, working capital, logistics, and CAPEX, building KPIs and business cases that connect operations to financial outcomes. Serve as a trusted finance partner to Operations leadership, strengthening controls, reporting, and scalable processes. Who You Are 4 to 7 years in FP&A, Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, product costing, or controlling. Experience in consumer products or another product driven international environment strongly preferred. Strong grasp of gross margin, standard costing, inventory accounting, and working capital. Advanced Excel and modeling skills, ERP/planning tool experience (SAP, Anaplan) a plus. Hoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
