Position Overview

As a Production Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will oversee daily operations, meet production goals, enforce safety standards, and ensure that all orders meet customer specifications. Your leadership will play a critical role in improving team performance and driving the department's success.

What you'll do

  • Lead and motivate a team to meet daily production goals.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Check equipment daily to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor team performance and provide support when needed.
  • Verify outgoing orders for accuracy and quality.
  • Follow and enforce safety guidelines and ensure the team wears necessary safety gear.
  • Keep accurate records of production and safety checks.
  • Work with the team to find ways to improve processes and efficiency.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Who you are

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production lead role
  • Experience operating machinery, hand tools, and reading a tape measure
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
  • General knowledge of fabrics and production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with names, numbers, and spelling.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Willing to undergo and pass a color-blindness test.
