About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Mattoon, Illinois, 61938!

• Provide direct nursing care to adult ICU patients (ages 16 and up) in a 14-bed intensive care unit
• Manage complex patient populations including sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular conditions, strokes, and patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Operate and monitor advanced hemodynamic support devices including Impella and IABP
• Perform and support Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
• Float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Med/Surg as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Experience with Impella, IABP, and CRRT

• CCRN certification preferred
• Prior experience in a critical care or intensive care unit setting
• Familiarity with Prismax CRRT system
