Physical Therapist Position

ATI Physical Therapy outpatient clinic setting in Simpsonville, South Carolina (Greenville County, part of the greater GreenvilleSpartanburg area). Simpsonville is known for its welcoming suburban feel, convenient access to Greenville, strong schools and parks, family-friendly environment, and outdoor recreation. Local highlights include Discovery Island waterpark, Heritage Park Amphitheatre, and nearby vibrant downtown Greenville with dining, arts, and culture. Clinic hours generally 7:00 am7:00 pm, strong focus on orthopedic and sports medicine caseload, highly recognizable national outpatient therapy brand with established systems and support.

Required Qualifications:

• Current state license (or license-eligible status) as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience or clinical rotations in outpatient orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation settings.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload including post-operative, orthopedic, sports, and general musculoskeletal patients.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with referring providers, support staff, and patients across diverse backgrounds.
• COVID-19 and core healthcare vaccinations as required by state and local regulations and company policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One or more years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine clinic.
• Experience with a high-volume outpatient schedule while maintaining quality care and timely documentation.
• Background in working with athletes, active adults, and return-to-sport programming.
• Continuing education or interest in specialization areas such as manual therapy, spine care, vestibular rehab, or sports performance.
• Comfort with evidence-based practice, outcome tracking, and use of standardized assessment tools.
• Strong interest in mentorship, precepting students, or contributing to clinical education.
