Production Machine OperatorClover, SCWe are currently looking for Production Machine Operators to join our machine and plastics team in Clover, SC. Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a General Laborer:Machine Operation: Fabricate PVC product by loading raw materials in to a punch press machineMaterial Handling: Load, unload, stack, and move plastic pipes, fittings, sheets, and raw materials throughout the shop and warehouse safely.Shop & Fabrication Support: Assist machine operators, CNC technicians, and fabricators by prepping materials, sorting components, and packaging finished plastic products.Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by clearing debris, organizing tools, and adhering to plant safety guidelines.Instruction & Workflow: Report directly to the Plant Manager on daily assignments and complete tasks in a timely, safety-conscious manner.Skills and ExperienceExperience: Prior experience in a manufacturing, plastics, machine shop, or warehouse setting is preferred, but not required— we are willing to train the right candidate!Language Skills: Ability to speak and understand English is preferred; bilingual candidates are strongly welcomed.Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout an 8-hour shift, as well as lift large bulky plastic components or materials as needed.Benefits$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programApply today with ?nin Staffing Rock Hill — your next opportunity is just a click away!
