What You'll Do Every afternoon brings new opportunities to lead, support, and inspire. Oversee the daily operations of an after‑school program serving school‑age children. Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides. Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and engaged. Plan enriching activities including games, STEM projects, arts and crafts, homework support, outdoor recreation, and team‑building activities. Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and community partners. Manage attendance, staffing, scheduling, communication, and day‑to‑day program operations. Foster a positive team culture while ensuring every child has an exceptional after‑school experience.
