We are seeking a reliable Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. The Prep Cook will be responsible for following recipes, chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting
• Excellent time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for the daily menu according to provided recipes
• Assist with the cooking and presentation of food items
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
• Ensure all food preparation areas are sanitized
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
• Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
