Hospitalist Physician

Location: Green Bay, WI
Compensation: $200 $250 per hour + Monthly Medical Director Stipend ($50K $80K per year)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to lead our hospitalist team in Green Bay, WI . As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support the professional development of hospitalist providers.

• Lead and manage the hospitalist team, ensuring quality care and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and medical leadership on program goals.
• Provide direct patient care in a hospitalist capacity.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine .
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive clinical excellence.
