Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in a busy surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic and da Vinci Robotics experience, with a flexible and team-oriented approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform circulating duties for a variety of surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR setting.
• Prepare and assist with robot-assisted surgeries, ensuring optimal equipment function and sterile technique.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
• Respond quickly and effectively to intraoperative needs and emergencies.
• Support a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts, to ensure continuous patient coverage.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Utah RN license and BLS certification.
• Bring at least 2 years of OR nursing experience.
• Have proven experience with orthopedic surgeries and da Vinci Robotics systems.
• Possess effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in vascular procedures is preferred.
