As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll work in homes, schools, and community environments, supporting children with exceptionalities and their families. Your responsibilities will include conducting behavioral assessments, training caregivers, and designing customized behavior support plans. You'll also monitor the implementation and effectiveness of behavior plans, functional assessments, and education strategies across your caseload. In this supervisory role, you'll mentor Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators—promoting best practices, accountability, and a compassionate approach to service delivery. Responsibilities Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data Teach Registered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training Be responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians Update client program and materials Arrive at appointments, meetings, training, etc. at the scheduled time and return phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion Conduct self in a professional manner and treat all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and in a culturally sensitive manner Meet regularly with the Clinical Director and notify her/him immediately of issues impacting the client’s progress and satisfaction Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures and complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner Maintain a billable caseload and document billable hours according to state and federal regulation Participate in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to Mindful Sprouts and professional growth Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts Requirements Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field required; Ph.D. preferred. BCBA certification and/or licensed professional At least 1 year of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses with a full range of skills and abilities (preferred) Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies Experience with staff training and supervision Excellent writing and communication skills; be highly organized with the ability to multitask Able to work well as part of a team Must have successfully passed a criminal background screening.
